We are looking to hire a highly ambitious, forward thinking Junior Account Manager who is looking for their next step in their digital career. Working alongside the senior accounts and new business teams, your job will be to manage client projects through their life-cycle and nurture and expand your clients’ accounts to ensure that our exceptionally high quality of work is maintained.

Your primary role will be to keep projects on track, manage your client projects through the business and advise clients on how to achieve their business goals in the most effective manner, by utilising their various marketing channels most efficiently and effectively.
You will own the day-to-day relationship with the clients placed under your care and be responsible for the implementation, execution and delivery of their various projects.
As you grow into the role you will proactively look to identify, propose, up-sell and implement new projects and campaigns for your clients. You will support the senior Account Management team, including up-selling and on-boarding of new clients.
A key part of your job will be to manage ongoing retainer activity and project work for your clients, ensuring work is delivered to the highest standard, on time and to budget, whilst keeping the whole process well documented.
You will be an enthusiastic learner and actively develop your personal knowledge on an ongoing basis in analytics platforms, SEO, marketing automation, email marketing, conversion optimisation, website design and development.
